The SEO Content Writer role is designed to develop and optimize content that attracts and engages prospective students. This position bridges content creation, SEO strategy, and storytelling to enhance the organization’s visibility and impact. The role contributes by producing high-quality, search-optimized materials that support student recruitment and brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leaders to create editorial content such as blogs, guides, and case studies.
• Work with SEO strategists to optimize content and support special projects.
• Write and edit content aligned with search intent, user needs, and organizational objectives.
• Adapt content for various channels and formats while maintaining clarity and originality.
• Monitor trends and data related to higher education.
• Evolve with the changing needs of the rapidly growing team.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in copywriting and editing.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO principles and ability to format content for search engine visibility.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for content in AI-driven environments.
• Ability to create content for multiple channels and formats.
• Excellent research skills and capacity to simplify complex topics.
• Attention to detail and strong grammar skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration skills and adherence to formatting and SEO guidelines.
• Bonus: Experience with multimedia content creation and video editing.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target base pay: $60,000 USD, subject to experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
• The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer.
• Pay range is at the discretion of the company.
