Job Description:

Build Axibra Results's interface: the canvases, tables and documents that make the methodology usable. Dense data, real consequences, enterprise scrutiny. This is not a marketing site β€” it is the surface a strategy team works in for months at a time.

  • TeamEngineering
  • LocationRemote (EU)
  • TypeFull-time
  • LevelMid to Senior

What the work is

  • Build the canvases: interactive models where a change in one place propagates through everything downstream, visibly.
  • Build the tables and documents that come out the other end β€” the artefacts a steering committee actually reads.
  • Make dense information legible. A screen in this product routinely holds more than a screen should; that is a design problem you help solve, not only implement.
  • Hold the line on craft: keyboard paths, focus, empty states, the behaviour of a table with four thousand rows.
  • Ship into live pilots. Feedback arrives from people using it on real initiatives, and it arrives quickly.

What we are looking for

What the role needs

Without these, the role cannot be done.

  • Strong React, and the judgement to know when a component should not exist.
  • Real experience with data-dense interfaces β€” tables, editors, diagrams, anything where layout is a function of content.
  • Care about the parts users notice only when they are wrong: loading, error, focus, undo.
  • Fluent English.

What helps

Genuinely optional. Apply without them.

  • Canvas, SVG or WebGL work β€” the models are drawn, not listed.
  • Accessibility beyond the checklist. Enterprise procurement asks, and we would rather answer honestly.
  • Experience in a product that had to pass an enterprise security review.

What you will work with

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • CSS without a framework
  • SVG / Canvas
  • REST

Your first ninety days

So you know what we expect, and when.

  • Weeks 1–4ship something small into production in the first week. Then take one canvas and learn why it is built the way it is.
  • Weeks 5–8own a surface end to end: a canvas or a document type, from data model to the last empty state.
  • Weeks 9–12you are the person the team asks about that surface, and you are shaping what comes next for it.
