Mamiye Brothers owns six consumer brands: Little Me, Kissy Kissy, Habitual, Curve Appeal, Wallflower Jeans, and Angels Jeans. We are building an AI-powered marketing organization to run all of them β and we need people who can write well, publish consistently, and use AI tools as a regular part of how they work.
The team of coordinators will provide: copy, publishing, community, and analytics. You report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and work closely with our AI Creative Production Manager on visual and video assets. These are creative roles as much as they are operations roles.
Responsibilities Include:
- Write all social captions, stories, copy, and community responses for your division brands
- Publish and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or TikTok Shop
- Own community management in brand voice β fast, genuine, platform-appropriate
- Pull weekly analytics and report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing
- Use AI tools to draft faster and produce more β this is expected, not optional
- Supporting influencer and affiliate coordination and gifting
- UGC and creator content identification and amplification
- Trend monitoring and rapid-response content briefs β when something is trending, you move the same day
- Organizing seasonal content assets
What we're looking for:
- 2β4 years writing copy for brand social accounts β not just scheduling it
- Demonstrated range across multiple brand voices
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and/or Pinterest as a practitioner
- Organized, self-directed, reliable β the calendar is yours, no chasing
- Actually using AI drafting tools right now, not willing to try them
