Title: AI Research Engineer

Location: NYC

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 + Bonus

An incredibly successful quantitative hedge fund is looking to expand their AI and machine learning practices. Their most important hire at this time is a research engineer, who will be combining strengths in software engineering and quantitative research to ultimately accelerate the development of machine learning models and their proliferation with the firm's trading strategies.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ Years of professional Experience
2. Bachelor's Degree in STEM
3. Expert in Python and ML frameworks
4. Exposure to HPC and GPU architecture are a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Improve training system to support larger and more complex models
2. Conduct research on the latest and greatest modeling techniques
3. Work alongside other researchers and engineers to get promising models into production as quickly and responsibly as possible.
