Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Motion Graphic Designer at WebAnts Digital. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, animating graphics and typography, and producing short-form video content for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and development teams to translate creative briefs into high-quality visual content, as well as iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. The Motion Graphic Designer will be expected to manage project timelines, maintain organized file structures, and stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and digital media.

Qualifications

1. Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio showcasing animated content for digital platforms.
2. Experience in Video Production, including editing, post-production workflows, and optimizing video for web and social media.
3. Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for branding, marketing campaigns, and UI/UX-related visuals.
4. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software.
5. Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
6. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
7. Relevant education in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8. Familiarity with digital marketing formats (social ads, explainer videos, website animations) and best practices is highly beneficial.
