Join the RD Media Creator & Influencer Program

Brand: Rental Doors LLC (RD Media)/RentalDoors.co

Mascot: Renny (our blue digital assistant & brand ambassador)

We’re building a nationwide network of remote creators and performance‑driven influencers to produce short, helpful, and funny property‑management content. If you love making videos, can follow a brief, and want to get paid for measurable impact—not just posts—read on.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Remote creators who can shoot/edit 9:16 vertical videos with clean audio and on‑screen captions.
  2. Influencers with engaged audiences in real estate, DIY/home, landlord/tenant tips, or small‑business niches.
  3. Clear, on‑camera communicators who can follow our briefs and brand voice (friendly, helpful, playful).

How It Works (Hiring Funnel)

Step 1 — Quick Application (5 minutes)

Fill out the form with your links and preferred path: Creator or Influencer.

Step 2 — 5‑Question Fit Check

We’ll ask about your comfort with on‑camera work, editing tools, timelines, and performance pay.

Step 3 — Portfolio Review

Share 2–3 social links (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and your best performer. If you’re new, a private/unlisted sample works.

Step 4 — Micro‑Assignment (Paid $25 once)

We send a one‑paragraph brief. You deliver a 20–30s draft within 48 hours. We assess clarity, pacing, captions, and brand fit.

Note: After the micro‑assignment, we do not pay for content deliverables. Ongoing compensation is pay‑for‑performance (see below).

Step 5 — Brand & Compliance Onboarding

If accepted, you’ll e‑sign our Content Ownership & NDA, receive the RD Media Brand Kit (Renny Blue #0096D6, style, dos/don’ts), and FTC disclosure guidance.

Disclosure: Renny is a digital assistant and a mascot. Please do not represent Renny as a human.

Step 6 — 7‑Day Trial Sprint

We’ll give you a content queue (3–5 briefs). You publish via your channels (influencers) or deliver files for RD channels (creators). Everything is UTM/trackable.

Step 7 — Go/No‑Go & Tiering

We review your first week’s results and assign a tier. You’ll unlock higher bounties as you perform.

Step 8 — Ongoing Collab

Weekly briefs, a rolling bounty board, and transparent dashboards so you always know your impact and earnings.

Compensation (Pay‑for‑Performance)

One‑time: $25 for the initial micro‑assignment upon acceptance of the file.

Ongoing: No per‑video fees. You earn via bounties and rev‑share tracked to your UTM/codes.

Example structure (customizable):

  1. Qualified Lead (QL): $X per QL that meets criteria (owner, contactable, property in target market).
  2. Booked Call/Appointment: $Y per completed call with our sales team.
  3. Signed Door (New PM Contract): $Z per door activated (bonus at milestones: 10/25/50 doors).
  4. Seasonal Campaign Boosters: Limited‑time multipliers for priority markets or niches.

We update the Bounty Board monthly. Final rates will be listed in your dashboard and agreement.

Tiers & Growth Path

  1. Tier A1 (Starter): Access to briefs + base bounties; weekly coaching feedback.
  2. Tier A2 (Consistent): +10–20% bounty uplift; early access to briefs.
  3. Tier A3 (Pro): +30–40% uplift; feature on RD channels; sponsored collabs.

Hit milestones (leads, calls, signed doors) to level up. High performers can earn four‑figure monthly payouts via compounding bounties and bonuses.

What You’ll Deliver

  1. Shorts/Reels/TikToks (15–45s): hook in first 2 seconds, punchy captions, clear CTA.
  2. Static/Carousel (optional) for LinkedIn/IG to recap tips.
  3. Live/Stories (optional) for limited promos.
  4. File Specs: 1080×1920, safe margins for captions, .mp4 or .mov, clean audio (‑14 to ‑16 LUFS).

Compliance & Brand Guardrails

  3. Renny is a digital mascot; never depict as a real person or agent.
  4. Respect privacy; no tenant/owner PII in content.

  1. Hook strength and audience retention in first 3 seconds.
  2. Visual clarity and readable captions.
  3. Audio quality and delivery pace.
  4. Adherence to brief and brand tone.
  5. Results: CTR, QLs, calls, signed doors.

A: No. Beyond the one‑time $25 micro‑assignment, all compensation is performance‑based.

A: Yes—if you’re in the Influencer path. Creators usually deliver files for RD’s channels.

A: Yes, if brand‑safe and compliant with our ownership agreement and NDA.
