About the Role

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to assist with customer engagement and promotional initiatives in retail environments.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, customer service, communication, and business development. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

You’ll work alongside experienced team members to represent client brands, connect with customers, and support marketing campaigns while developing your professional skill set.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Share information about products, services, promotions, and available offers
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Answer customer questions and help create positive experiences
• Learn and communicate current product information and promotional details
• Help keep promotional areas organized and professional
• Work with team members to meet daily and campaign goals
• Track basic daily activities and complete required reports
• Represent AMP Innovations and client brands professionally
