About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Associate & Client Engagement Specialist to support business outreach and client communication.

The successful candidate will communicate with potential clients, manage outreach activities, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records of business contacts and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and telephone.
• Respond to client and business inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
• Present company services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and spreadsheet tools.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on outreach activities.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, client engagement, or a related field.
• Experience with LinkedIn or other social media outreach.
• Experience with email communication and telephone outreach.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
