We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to work as part of a dynamic duo to create and maintain product and internal process documentation for a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product documentation and internal process documentation.
• Assist with growth to manage simple to moderate complexity documentation projects.
• Assist in translation management.
• Write, edit, and format product documentation and internal process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and research information about products and processes.
• Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand for the end user while supporting content strategy and translation requirements.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
• Provide samples of your favorite work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Docs-as-code experience, or willingness to learn docs-as-code
