We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, engage our audience, and expand our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the social media content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages.

• Monitor analytics, measure campaign performance, and optimize content based on results.

• Partner with leadership to promote company news, investment opportunities, events, and thought leadership.

• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of social media marketing experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience creating content with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

• Experience editing short-form video content for social media.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and best practices.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Real estate, finance, or investment industry experience is a plus.
