We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a hands-on, mid-level role where you will manage important client accounts, create SEO strategies, and ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will work with national, local, and multi-location franchise businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, including local, national, and franchise businesses.
• Lead weekly client meetings through phone calls and Zoom.
• Explain SEO strategies and performance in simple business terms that clients can easily understand.
• Build strong relationships by providing helpful advice and excellent customer service.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Create and manage SEO strategies that help clients increase organic traffic and business growth.
• Handle technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link-building activities.
• Plan content strategies, assign keywords, create keyword maps, and manage content calendars.
• Use insights from social media platforms like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support SEO performance.

Project Management & Team Collaboration

• Manage several SEO campaigns at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare clear monthly and quarterly performance reports using client dashboards.
• Work closely with internal teams to complete projects successfully.
• Support and guide junior team members while contributing ideas to improve the company's SEO services.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building.
• Experience using WordPress, blogging platforms, and major social media channels.
• Previous experience managing SEO campaigns for multi-location or franchise businesses.

• Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client meetings on phone and Zoom.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
