1- Working directly with the department heads and managing various projects to ensure the timely completion of the tasks.
2- Coordinating between different teams to ensure the work is being done efficiently and timely.
3- Managing staff to ensure priority and completion of tasks in a timely manner.
4- Advising department heads on resource utilization across various projects.
5- Work with the department heads to manage organization processes to make them more concrete and efficient.
6- Coordinating with clients on behalf of the department heads
7- Coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely invoices are made to the clients and coordinating with the accounts team to ensure the payment is received in a timely manner as well.
8- Managing staff and office related issues.
9- Managing staff holidays, contracts etc.
10- Communicating on behalf of the department heads with various third parties.
11- Other Ad hoc tasks as given by the department heads.
Requirements:
1- The role will require work from the office mainly.
2- You must have worked in a similar role previously.
3- You should possess management characteristics to deliver in this role.
4- Excellent English (verbal and writing) skill is a must.
