About ClubSpade ClubSpade is a cross-platform card game app for web, iOS, and Android, bringing players together through competitive and social games like Spades and Solitaire. We’re preparing for our public US launch and building an AI-assisted admin dashboard to simplify support and operations. This 8-week contract role supports our launch by combining community engagement, marketing, and AI-based content creation.

What You’ll Do

1. Create social media posts and graphics using Canva, ChatGPT, and Ninja AI
2. Write captions and updates for Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
3. Provide player support through Discord and email (~1 hr/day)
4. Recruit beta testers and moderate community channels
5. Assist with tournament planning and announcements
6. Test app features and report bugs or feedback
7. Prepare simple weekly progress summaries

Skills and Qualifications

1. Familiar with social media tools and community platforms (Discord, Instagram, TikTok)
2. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Canva AI
3. Strong written communication and attention to detail
4. Basic graphic design knowledge (image sizes, formats, and dimensions) • Organized self-starter who can manage tasks independently
5. Quick learner able to adapt to new dashboards and software

Preferred but not required: interest in gaming, experience with Canva/Figma/Photoshop, basic video editing skills, or living near Miami.

Schedule and Pay

1. Weeks 1–7: 9 hrs per week (two 4.5-hour sessions)
2. Week 8 (Tournament): 10 hrs total across multiple sessions
3. Total: 73 paid hours over 8 weeks
4. Thanksgiving week (Nov 24–30): unpaid break
