We’re seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Fullstack + AI Developer to join our engineering team and help build and maintain features across our compliance automation platform. Success in this role includes contributing to both frontend and backend development while gaining hands-on experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into production features. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in web development fundamentals, a genuine curiosity about applied AI and machine learning, and is excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and energized by solving real problems alongside experienced engineers.

Qualifications

Required

1. 02 years of professional experience in software development (internships, coops, and bootcamp projects count)
2. Working knowledge of a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
3. Familiarity with backend development in at least one language such as Python, Node.js, or Java
4. Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how frontend and backend services communicate
5. Exposure to relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
6. Genuine interest in AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or generative AI tools, even without production experience
7. Strong problemsolving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
8. Good written and verbal communication skills, with comfort asking questions and seeking feedback
9. Comfortable working autonomously in fastpaced, ambiguous, and crossfunctional environments

Desired

1. Coursework, personal projects, or bootcamp work involving AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
2. Exposure to AI orchestration tools or frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or vector databases
3. Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
4. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC technology

1. Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines
2. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamp graduates welcome)
3. A growth mindset and desire to be mentored by senior engineers while contributing real value early on
