A Republican political technology vendor is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain mission-critical tools used by conservative campaigns nationwide. This role works across frontend and backend systems and supports platforms that must perform flawlessly under real-world campaign pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain user-facing features across frontend and backend systems
• Develop scalable backend APIs and services supporting core applications
• Implement frontend components using modern frameworks and design systems
• Optimize performance, reliability, and data processing workflows
• Write and maintain automated tests ensuring system stability
• Collaborate on architecture decisions, migrations, and technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows

Required / Desired Experience

• 3–6 years professional full-stack engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks and TypeScript
• Experience building REST APIs with Python-based backend frameworks
• Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORMs
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort working remotely with distributed teams
• Willingness to travel two days per month for in-office collaboration
