About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Architect with extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex field service architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce Field Service implementation and maintenance.
• Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Create blueprints of Salesforce Field Service application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Integrate Salesforce Field Service with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce Field Service systems and applications.
• Coordinate and conduct testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
• Maintain user roles and security within the Salesforce Field Service ecosystem.
• Stay updated with developments and new features in Salesforce Field Service and integrate them into the company’s systems.
• Provide technical support and training for Salesforce Field Service end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments and complex field service architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
