About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist — Web, Analytics & Marketing Operations is a pivotal role within the marketing department, responsible for executing and managing day-to-day digital marketing activities. This position independently handles website content management, analytics/reporting, paid media support, and marketing operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external vendors. The role involves maintaining the accuracy and performance of the company’s digital assets, analyzing web traffic and campaign data to derive actionable insights, and supporting various marketing initiatives such as customer surveys, loyalty programs, and online reviews. The specialist will also support content creation, event logistics, and process improvements, including the integration of AI tools to streamline workflows. This hybrid/remote role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and offers limited travel for local or regional trade shows and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and marketing operations
- Proficiency in GA4 reporting, traffic source analysis, and campaign performance metrics
- Experience managing websites/CMS platforms such as WordPress and applying basic SEO practices
- Support experience with paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems, maintaining marketing databases, and coordinating with sales teams
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and lookups; familiarity with Power BI dashboards
- Strong organizational skills, vendor management, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools for marketing workflow enhancements
- Background supporting B2B marketing in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, or industrial services
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and list management concepts
- Experience with digital asset management and SKU-heavy environments
Responsibilities
- Manage website content updates, including product pages, specifications, and on-page SEO elements
- Ensure accuracy of product spec libraries, label and carton artwork databases, and related web content systems
- Coordinate website launches, site consolidations, redirects, and perform quality assurance with internal teams and vendors
- Monitor website health, troubleshoot issues such as broken links or form errors, and coordinate fixes
- Support setup and ongoing maintenance of customer web portals and respond to web-related customer inquiries
- Maintain consistency across online directory listings, ensuring brand and contact information accuracy
- Own and deliver regular performance reports via the marketing dashboard, analyzing traffic sources, campaign results, and audience behavior
- Maintain data hygiene across CRM, email lists, and marketing databases, collaborating with sales and customer service teams
- Participate in Power BI initiatives, including data cleanup, dashboard maintenance, and documentation
- Support customer feedback collection, analyze results, and recommend improvements
- Assist in loyalty, referral, and online review campaigns through setup, tracking, and reporting
- Track marketing spend, process invoices and POs, and maintain organized financial records
- Support execution and reporting of paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Meta
- Coordinate creative assets, landing pages, and campaign reporting with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management
- Coordinate with creative teams for marketing collateral, content creation, and event support
- Assist in product photography, tradeshow preparations, and onsite event support
- Maintain a structured digital asset library with clear naming conventions and version control
- Research, test, and implement AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and train team members
- Create SOPs and checklists for recurring processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements
