We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and educator who has built a substantial real estate portfolio and now helps others replicate that success via online courses, coaching, and training. You’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering aspiring investors through digital education, community, and transformation.


The Role

You will lead digital marketing efforts across all channels to drive qualifying leads, course enrollments, coaching sales, and community growth. You’ll craft, execute, and scale strategies that turn prospects into customers and elevate brand authority in the real estate education space.


You should know this business model well—free trainings/webinars, funnels, lead magnets, tripwires, upsells, etc.—and have experience applying digital marketing tactics successfully for coaches, instructors, or knowledge businesses in a competitive niche.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation, Conversion Optimization and Funnel Marketing

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business goals and target audience personas.
  2. Build and refine high-converting landing pages, webinar registration pages, tripwires, and checkout flows.
  3. A/B test headlines, offers, page layouts, calls-to-action, and funnel steps to boost conversion rates and minimize friction.
  4. Map and optimize the full customer journey, from awareness to purchase to upsell.


Paid Media and Acquisition

  1. Plan, deploy, and continuously optimize performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads/Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
  2. Define targeting, creative, and bidding strategies and budgets aligned with ROI goals for course launches, free trainings, and evergreen funnels.
  3. Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based touchpoints to nurture leads and drive conversions.


Email Marketing and Automation

  1. Design and execute email nurture sequences, onboarding flows, cart abandonment, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  2. Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open rates, click-throughs, and ultimately revenue.
  3. Track email KPIs and iterate on content, timing, subject lines, and automation logic.


SEO and Content Strategy

  1. Perform keyword research and competitive analysis specifically for real estate education, investment training, and coaching topics.
  2. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-impact blog articles, evergreen content, lead magnets, and SEO-optimized landing pages.
  3. Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and content performance—then adjust SEO strategy accordingly.


Organic and Social Media Marketing

  1. Develop a content calendar across channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow brand awareness, authority, and engagement.
  2. Work with creatives (video editors, graphic designers) to produce compelling social content, short-form videos, stories, and organic posts.
  3. Use social media to generate leads, nurture audiences, and drive traffic into webinars or funnels.


Analytics, Reporting and Budgeting

  1. Define and monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel conversion rates, MQL → SQL flow, etc.).
  2. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and forecasts.
  3. Allocate and reallocate budget dynamically based on performance, seasonality, and new opportunities.


Collaboration and Leadership

  1. Coordinate with the course content team, coaching team, designers, copywriters, and video production to sync campaigns with product launches.
  2. Act as a strategic partner and leadership—offer ideas, test new channels, and scale what works.
  3. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and methods in the online education/coaching/real estate investment space.


Qualifications and Experience


Must Have

  1. 3 to 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in online courses, coaching, or e-learning/knowledge commerce.
  2. Demonstrated success managing paid media campaigns that drove sales of high-ticket or mid-ticket products (coaching, training, courses).
  3. Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, Kajabi’s email engine, or similar).
  4. Strong SEO background: keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and tracking (using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and GSC).
  5. Experience with funnel/landing page builders (e.g., Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Leadpages, etc.) and optimizing conversion flows.
  6. Familiarity with analytics, tracking, attribution modeling, and dashboards (Google Analytics, GTM, and data reporting tools).
  7. Solid communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  8. A data-driven mindset and ability to experiment, pivot, and scale what works.


Nice To Have

  1. Experience in real estate, investing, finance, or personal development niches (or with similar audiences).
  2. Experience launching courses, webinars, or mastermind/coaching programs.
  3. Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or joint-venture strategies.
  4. Prior experience with a creator/personality-driven brand or working directly with a founder/entrepreneur as the public face.
  5. Understanding of lifetime value (LTV), retention metrics, and how to use backend offers or continuity models.
