The Role

We are seeking a highly resourceful, tech-fluent builder to serve as our primary technical co-architect. In this role, you won't just follow a checklist—you will analyze real-world business problems and have the creative freedom to architect and deploy the best technical solutions.

This is a builder's dream: you choose the visual builders, AI frameworks, and automation platforms that get the job done, as long as the final product is clean, reliable, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Web Design & Development: Build and deploy clean, responsive, high-converting websites for local businesses using tools like Framer, Webflow, or WordPress.
• AI Integrations & Custom Agents: Design, test, and deploy custom AI chatbots and lead-generation tools using platforms like Voiceflow, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Workflow Automation: Connect client software, automate database updates, and configure automatic scheduling pipelines to cut administrative overhead for local service providers.
• Social Tech Configurations: Set up automated posting pipelines and track analytics setups for client social accounts.

Who You Are

• A Self-Starter & Fast Learner: You don't need a decade of traditional software engineering experience, but you must be incredibly resourceful. You love playing with new APIs, no-code/low-code builders, and modern AI platforms.
• Detail & Execution-Oriented: You take pride in delivering clean, fully functional products. You don't miss deadlines.
• Based in Arkansas: You live in Arkansas and understand the unique business landscapes of NWA or Central Arkansas. (We love working with students from the University of Arkansas, NWACC, UCA, and UALR, as well as independent local freelancers!).
• Technically Versatile: Familiarity with APIs, web hooks, basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and visual web builders is highly preferred.
