We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI agents and multi-agent systems across AWS and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has deep experience with large language models (LLMs), agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), cloud-native architectures, and enterprise AI governance. This role involves building production-ready AI platforms that are secure, scalable, observable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent frameworks.

* Build enterprise AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related AI services.

* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.

* Build AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

* Integrate enterprise systems including SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft 365.

* Develop secure APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and enterprise AI integrations.

* Implement vector databases, semantic search, document indexing, and knowledge graph solutions.

* Establish AI observability, evaluation, guardrails, prompt management, and monitoring using tools such as LangSmith, Fiddler AI, or similar platforms.

* Design scalable cloud-native architectures using Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Kubernetes.

* Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing for AI workloads.

* Collaborate with data scientists, architects, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

* Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for Agentic AI development.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

* 7+ years of software engineering experience.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions.

* Strong experience with Python.

* Experience building AI agents using AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry.

* Experience with LLMs including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models.

* Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

* Experience with cloud-native development on AWS and Azure.

* Experience with REST APIs, microservices, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.

* Knowledge of enterprise authentication including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID.

* Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Azure AI Agent Service.

* Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.

* Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI and enterprise data platforms.

* Knowledge of Neo4j, knowledge graphs, and GraphRAG.

* Experience implementing AI governance, model evaluation, responsible AI, and AI security controls.

* Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, prompt injection mitigation, and secure AI architectures.

* Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.

* AWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.
